As a recipient, Stacey will attend the 2017 Commercial Litigation Academy. The goal of the Scholar designation is to increase the number of women taking a leadership role in commercial cases litigated in state and federal courts in New York. The NYSBA’s Commercial and Federal Litigation Section created The Hon. Judith S. Kaye Commercial and Federal Litigation award in memory of the former chief judge. Each year, they will name up to five female litigators.
