Discrimination Claims Against Keuka College Dismissed

Insufficient “quality or quantity of harassment”

After a Keuka College instructor filed a lawsuit claiming that she had been denied tenure because of her racial and national origin discrimination, Mary Jo Korona succeeded in having Title VII and hostile work environment claims dismissed.  A motion to dismiss the 1981 claim will likely be filed after discovery is complete.  Mary Jo has represented the College on various matters for over 17 years.
