Litigation Associate

Our law firm is expanding and is seeking a Litigation Associate seeking an associate with 3 or more years of litigation experience.  Candidates should possess strong research and writing skills.  Leclair Korona Vahey Cole LLP concentrates its practice in civil litigation, with an emphasis on commercial, employment, insurance coverage, personal injury and securities litigation.

Litigation Administrative Assistant

The firm is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Litigation Administrative Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in all facets of the litigation process.  Candidate must also possess strong organizational skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities include assisting in preparation for depositions, trials, appellate records and briefing; handling client communications; managing assigned attorneys’ calendars, dockets and appointments; screening incoming calls and correspondence and responding as necessary; maintaining confidentiality of all firm and client matters; running conflict checks; providing back-up support to other staff as needed; and, performing other duties as assigned.
